A key element of Toastmasters is feedback, motivating and tailored to each individual member.

Membership fees vary from € 50 to 85 per semester. Return on investment for your personal growth is priceless.

On average it takes one and a half years to make it through the public speaking boot camp and complete Level 2 of your first Pathways path. For some speakers this is enough, for others being a Toastmaster becomes a way of life and they get addicted to it.

Toastmasters is a worldwide system of non-profit clubs in which members can learn public-speaking, listening and leadership skills. There are no teachers in Toastmasters; we learn from each other by observing, listening and giving positive, encouraging – but nevertheless honest! – feedback. A Toastmasters club meeting is a learning laboratory. It provides a non-threatening environment where members can progress at their own pace. Finally, a Toastmasters meeting should be fun because, as TM founder Ralph Smedley said, “we learn best in moments of enjoyment”.

Recipient of a Presidental Citation

I joined Toastmasters on practical grounds, to improve my public speaking skills and boost my conference talks. After reaching this goal I am still with Toastmasters, mostly because I enjoy being a part of a dynamic and active community.
Alexander Kartavtsev

Toastmasters taught me to speak for my audience. Toastmasters contests taught me the importance of having mentors. Toastmasters evaluations taught me how to help people in a way that they can use.

I joined Toastmasters to improve my public speaking skills. But I got stuck with Toastmasters because of the hands-on, voluntary style to improve myself within a group of similar thinking people. After a few years realized that I was not only in the middle of a mutual supporting network but as well how much more I can learn from other Toastmasters. Today after over 14 years I still am with Toastmasters as it is a great experimental ground to improve and to develop new aspects of my speaking and leading.

I joined Toastmasters to improve my work presentation skills. I have been able to dramatically improve my performance in an environment that is challenging, motivating and fun.
