As you know by now, I am the area director for area D4. In this role I have the privilege to visit different clubs in the area. Having initially expected a fixed standard club meeting agenda, I thought nothing could be that surprising to me. That was true before I visited the advanced club Fränkly Speaking, last Saturday.
Advanced in this regard means two things. The first is that there could be a flexible club meeting agenda. The second is, they exclusively are proficient toastmasters that already know about certain aspects. That creates an absolutely wonderful and unique opportunity for experienced toastmasters to grow and experiment in an advanced environment.
I personally suggest that you check them out if you have the opportunity. And if we are honest here, they meet online on Saturday. That makes it even more accessible.
