Next week, I will attend our DOT / DECM. This will be the last DTM in my time as an area director. Therefore, even if it weren’t already on the agenda, I think about my successor. What do I want him to have? What did I miss or rather what would I love to have during my time as area director? What things did I do in my time as area director I wish to continue beyond my time as area director?
The interesting thing is that it is much easier to get successors for the higher positions such as area director and above rather than club officers.
