It will not replace evaluations in the club, but Yoodli is available for you when you need instantaneous feedback about your pace, pitch, filler words, and more. Yoodli’s analytics are invaluable for reflecting on the technicalities of your speech, but your club evaluation tells you the most important information—how you are connecting with and impacting your audience!

When should I use Toastmasters Yoodli?Back to Top
You can use the Yoodli platform any time you want to get some extra practice outside of your club meetings, or when you need feedback but don’t have a physical audience. For example, you can use Yoodli to:
- Refine your next Pathways speech before presenting in your club.
- Prepare for an interview or work presentation.
- Practice for a difficult conversation.
- Hone your Table Topics skillset and get ready to give the best Table Topic at your next meeting.

Members can access the Toastmasters by Yoodli site by following these steps:
- Log in to www.toastmasters.org.
- Navigate to the From the Organization to You section.
- Select the Yoodli card.
- You will be redirected and automatically logged into Yoodli.

Where are my Toastmasters Yoodli recordings stored?Back to Top
Speeches are stored on secure Google servers. Only you can access your speeches, unless you explicitly share them with others. A few Yoodli engineers can access videos only for product improvement and troubleshooting purposes. You can learn more at yoodli.ai/privacy-policy.

Yoodli is publicly available at www.yoodli.ai, but we encourage members to access the Toastmasters version at toastmasters.yoodli.ai. This is tailored to our member experience with enhanced privacy, customizations, and a Toastmasters specific login through your personal My Home page.

How do I record a speech?Back to Top
Log in to your Yoodli account, press the “Record” button in the upper righthand corner, and choose either “Speech,” “Table Topic,” or “Interview” from the dropdown menu. Your first time doing this, your browser will prompt you to give Yoodli camera and microphone access. Then, when you’re ready to start, click the “Record” button. You need to record a speech longer than 30 seconds to view AI analytics. When you’re finished recording, click “View Results” to see Yoodli’s analytical insights about your performance!

How long can my recording be?Back to Top
The Toastmasters Yoodli platform supports multiple lengths of recordings, but we recommend keeping them to 45 minutes or less.
